It is important to us that your order gets to you safe and sound, in minimum time, and with the least amount of hassle.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from The Design Keeper containing your order details as well as an email from E-way confirming your payment details if you have paid by credit card. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
The Design Keeper goes to every effort to ensure your items are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.The Design Keeper uses registered courier services and at times Australia Post. All orders are trackable, and most metro areas are serviced within 1-3 business days, dependent on location, once payment has been received and processed. The Design Keeper is based in Sydney so delivery to Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Townsville and Cairns may take up to 7 days and rural areas up to 12 days. Please note: During busy periods, such as Christmas, courier services may experience delays.
The Design Keeper does not deliver to PO Boxes. A signature is required upon delivery, so please nominate someone to be home, or have your item sent to your business address.
The Design Keeper uses flat rate shipping based on the item purchased. Delivery fees for an order will range between Free Delivery & $25 for fragile or heavy items. On average the delivery fee is $12. The Design Keeper reserves the right to make changes to delivery costs as required, and shipping costs may change in special circumstances according to the item purchase. In this event, the customer will always be notified first.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. For hygenic reasons there is no return or exchange on earrings. All products must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post or courier service and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. The Design Keeper will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please note, refunds can take up to 3-5 working days.
